1 single bed room available in 3 bedroom Unit
near Chinese convenience store, 412 Bus stop and 1 mins walk to ferry terminal.
Beautiful park view, 200 M from Sir Fred Schonell Dr. BBQ site in the park available. This unit locates in 4 units complex. there are very friendly neighbors.
Inside: fully furnitured. Just move in. Tv, kitchen appliances, lounge, balcony etc..... Study desk, chairs, wireless telephone, lamb, double bed, mirror, en suites, etc..... And there are secure car parks as well.
Flatmates are very friendly and easygoing. I do believe we are helpful as well. clean and friendly student or young professional is more welcome. |
