紧急求助 在澳洲续签美国旅游签证 就差最后一步了 斑竹帮忙

在澳洲 准备续签美国旅游签证 在移民局网站按照要求一步一步都做好了
但是到最后一步有个问题
根据移民局网站说 ：Once logged in, choose “Schedule appointment” and answer all questions. At the end of the steps, print out the “Mail-in/Renewal Confirmation Letter” which you will include with your visa application to be mailed.

我进去我的用户名下面 然后选择了schedule appointment 一步一步回答问题  但是到了最后根本就没有Mail-in/Renewal Confirmation Letter 这封信啊
