看到一个很有趣的说法，叫简历“自杀式”写法。这家伙，要是简历里面有个一两条，那就别指望公司给你面试机会了！仔细看看，你的简历里有没有这些问题？
致命的大错
"Finished 8th in my high school graduating class of 10."
"Qualificat ions: No education or experience ."（没有就不要说了嘛，何必强调一下自己一无是处呢。。。。。。）
"I am relatively intelligen t, obedient and loyal as a puppy."
"My compensati on should be at least equal to my age."
"Reason for Leaving: It had to do with the IRS, FBI and SEC."
"Fired because I fought for lower pay."
"Size of employer: Very tall, probably over 6'5" 。
"Please disregard the enclosed resume-it is terribly out of date."
"Reason for Leaving: My boss said the end of the world is near."
"Reason for Leaving: The owner gave new meaning to the word 'paranoia.' I prefer to elaborate privately."
打字错误与语法错误
"Here are my qualificat ions for you to overlook."
"Strengths: Ability to meet deadlines while maintainin g composer."
"I am a rabid typist."
"Work History: Performed brain wave tests,1879-1981."
"After receiving advice from several different angels, I have decided to pursue a new line of work."
"Accounting cleric."
"As indicted, I have over five years of experience analyzing investment s."
"Suspected to graduate early next year."

不应有的幽默（投简历还是个挺严肃的事，还是认真对待吧，换位思考，你是选简历的，看见莫名其妙的玩笑恐怕只会感觉无聊外加哭笑不得。。。。。）
"Note: Keep this resume on top of the stack. Use all others to heat your house."
"Assisted in daily preparatio n of large quantities of consumable items in a fast-paced setting." (Translatio n: Short-order cook。)
"But wait...there's more. You get all this business knowledge plus a grasp of marketing that is second nature."
"I have an excellent track record, although I am not a horse."
"My fortune cookie said, 'Your next interview will result in a job'-and I like your company in particular ."
"Title: Another resume from the 'Profiles in Excellence ' series."

除此之外，我在西外秦苏珊的老师提醒我们以下这些在简历中也需要注意，不能写哟：
1.Use of the current "tense" in all jobs on the resume。
在简历中的所有工作描述都使用现在时。
2.Writing the resume or cover letter in the third person。
使用第三人称书写简历。
3.Use of tiny, tiny fonts (10 pt or less) so as to cram as much informatio n into the resume as possible。
为了在简历上多放点信息，使用很小很小的字体(10号字体甚至更小)。
4.Photos on resumes (this is a cultural preference )。
在简历上方放照片(这点是个文化偏好问题)。
5.Sending a resume attachment named 41808res.doc - use your name or descriptiv e label。
发过来的简历名称是“41808res.doc”，用你的名字或叙述性标志名称来命名简历。
6.Using a resume that is password protected (without sending the password)。
使用带密码保护的简历而不发送密码。（这有点二。。。。）
7.Including references - but not profession al ones - just friends and co-workers。
简历中包含的参考信息不是专业的，而是朋友或同事的评价。
8.Having no contact informatio n on the resume or including a phone number that is no longer valid。
在简历上没有联系信息，或附上的电话号码是过期的号码。
9.When a candidate's email address is not appropriat e for the work environmen t. Example: BigFoxyMam [email protected]
候选人的邮件地址在工作上不合适，如[email protected]。
10.Job hopping, which could be contract positions but it's not explained. (If you have been on short term contracts, make sure you clarify that they are contract jobs)。
工作愿景，本该签订了合同的地方没有解释清楚。(如果你正在从事一份短期合同工，确保你明确表示了这些是合同工。) |
