悉尼女生求租近USYD单人房
本人，女生,友善，干净整洁，求租近USYD的一个单人房，步行二十
分钟内(如newtown,broadway,glebe,ultimo等附近suburb)，有基本家具，要安静人少的unit或apartment,可宽带上网。最好不要全部是男生.
租金可议，现放假在中国，3月7号早上回到SYD。但具体入住
时间比较随意，可在7号之前（我会付我没到时的租金）
，也可在7号后几天（但不要太长）

single room wanted (near USYD)
A girl, nice and tidy. want to rent a single room in a UNIT or APARTMENT near USYD (less than 20 min by walk). need basic furnitures and internet.
Rent is negotiable. i will be back in SYD on 7th of March from China. But the timing of moving in can be flexible and can be several days before 7th ( i will pay for the period when you keep the room for me) or few days after 7th.
