Post Preservation Agreement

Whereas,
1. Party A and Party B signed an Employment Agreement on 24 July 2000, and the term of the Agreement terminated on 24 July 2003.
2. Party A and Party B signed an Extension Employment Agreement on 11 August 2003, and agreed to extend the term of the above Agreement to 24 July 2006.
3. Party B decided to pursue further education in Britain from September 2004 to September 2005.
Based on the foregoing, both parties hereby agree as follows:
1. The Rights and Duties of Party A
i. During the period in which Party B study abroad, Party A shall preserve Party B’s present post and cease to pay Part B’s monthly salary;
ii. Party A shall resume Party B’s present post, Attorney-at-Law, when Party B returns to China after graduation.
2. The Rights and Duties of Party B
i. The post preservation term shall be one year, from September 2004 to September 2005.
ii. Party B shall pay her total expenses during her study in the UK;
iii. After graduation, Party B shall return to work for Party A in accordance with this agreement. If Party B breaches this agreement, Party A has the right to withdraw the preservation of Party B’s post and relevant welfare.
This agreement is made in two originals, and each Party holds one original.
