去IC都要考试吗？

今天才收到IC的Con，有一项是
Pass at the minimum score a College approved test.a list of college approved tests is attached .
不过我找不到List，是不是漏了。这种考试难不难？有没有考过的啊？
还有就是学校要求22号答复，我26才收到信啊，怎么办？
请帮帮我啊。
