· Transcripts (in English) of all post-school study
· Copies of all qualifications/certificates (originals not necessary)
· Proof of English Proficiency if English is not first language (e.g. copy of certificate)
· 2 references (at least one of which must be academic) – these should be sent directly to the Faculty by the referee
