The apartment is located 2minutes away from the Indooroopilly shopping center by walk, and 3-4 minutes away from the indooroopilly station. also there are many shops near by, such as post office, asian super market, caffe, bottle shop, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and so on. the location is not bad at all.
We are looking for someone who is nice and friendly, and also who can keep the unit clean.
The apartment is very new, only 2.5 years. has pool and gym etc.
So any couple or even someone single are all welcome.
It is $125/week for one person, which the price includes everything such as, electricity, gas, water, dishes, detergent, wireless internet etc but except your own food!!!
the room has 2 beds and 2 desks and your own bathroom.
The room will be available from 20th (wed) of May.
We would give precedence to anyone comes first. so its first come, first served!
