Hi There. Do you still need two rooms near university? If you do, check my posting under scanlami. I will have two rooms available on 17th November. Rent includes water, electricity and internet. No landlord- just students living in the house. You can walk to uni (10 minutes) and to the local shops (8 minutes) or to the bus stop (3 minutes) which will take you to train station or into Southport/Surfers Paradise. House is very clean and quiet. Let me know how long you will be staying and we can work out rent amount. Fans in bedrooms- airconditioning in kitchen and dining area. |
