Following the failure of the NSW online nomination system on 14 July, the MIA has conveyed to the State Government the concerns it has about the impact it had on registered migration agents and their clients, and the need toquickly provide a solution for those who were unable to lodge applications.
NSW Trade and Investment have advised that they have working to ensure that such a systems failure does not occur again, and that their system will be opened again soon – that is, before the schedules October opening.
The MIA will advise members as soon as further information becomes available.
