急!!!有问题想让论坛里的专家解答一下!
我是09年12月递交886亲属担保,随后等了一年,觉得再等下去也是遥遥无期, 索性就申请了Bridge VISA
回国了.期间经历了很多事结婚生小孩等,也就一直没关注我的申请了.
今年六月7日我在中国,之前的中介公司突然打电话,说签证官正在找我,什么补材料之类的事情,因为我当初申请的中介离职, 于是我在国内就立马委托了另外的一个中介继续办理我的事情,(956表填好签字寄了过去),新的中介也马上发给了签证官.
做了这些之后就一直没消息,中介期间发了几次Email,签证官一直都没有回应.
我实在等得焦心,就索性自己登陆移民局网站察看我的签证申请进度, 登陆上移民局immiaccount,看到我的签证申请状态时 Assesment in progress。 而且我的中介那一栏还是原先那个旧的中介联系方式。移民局六月我委托新中介后就一直没处理我的任何变更。 后来我就着急了，翻墙登陆我当初登记在申请上的Gmail邮箱，发现在今年6月份移民官给我发了这样一封信：

I am unable to discuss the details of a visa application currently under consideration due to personal privacy considerations.
I can confirm the DIBP is currently assessing a Skilled - (VB 886) Sponsored (Full Fee) visa application for a client who provided an email address which appears no longer valid.
An attempt to contact the email address: [email protected] requesting information in support of the application. The applicant has a 28 day period in which to provide the information. If the requested information is not received, a decision would be based on the information held by the department.
Should this email address () still belong to the applicant I would encourage you to contact the department urgently and update your contact details:

通过这封信， 我觉得签证官是通知我补材料了，但是因为联系不上之前的`中介， 所以给我发了这封信。
我想问的是像我这种情况，已经在28天内委托了新的中介，为什么审理就一切都停止了呢？ 新的中介已经发了好几封email询问了..签证官都一直没有回应。即没有通知我补材料也没有和我的新中介说任何关于我申请的事情。这样的反常的反应， 是签证官要拒签我的前奏么？ 如果因为此拒签我， 我还有机会上诉么？ |
