We are currently seeking 1x reliable and hardworking Leading Hand for supervising the daily factory operation in Port of Brisbane, QLD 4178. To be successful for these roles, you must possess the following skills and attributes:
This is a full time position. Working time from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
* High communication skills,
* Bi-lingual competency,
* Strong Leadership (will be required to manage a possible team of 6 staff),
* Detail-orientated,
* Proven track record and
* Right work ethics.
The duties for the successful candidates will include:
* Doing hygiene/cleaning to meet AQIS levels,
* Completing various documents,
* Very dusty workplace,
* Heaps of sun exposure,
* Day shift/night shift,
* Pest control, eg. spraying. gassing, replacing rodent baits and
* Physical labouring, etc.
