2. The alleged offence will not be recorded as a conviction

她交了罚款．．后来毕业回国了。
现在，她想申请加拿大移民，
１．如果她是主申请人，她的无犯罪记录有没有问题（查information relating to pending prosecutions, convictions or warnings on Scottish Criminal Record Office Computer and UK convictions on UK Police Natinal Computer）．
根据上面的信的内容： conviction肯定是不算的，包括在Scotland和UK．对吗?
但warning呢？和＂4. A record of your acceptance of this offer will be recorded by the Criminal Records Office and ．．．＂中说到会记录在Criminal Records．
２．如果有问题，该怎么办？（隐瞒英国的硕士经历，那么移民分也就不够了。）如果不隐瞒，到签证官或移民局那，有多大的几率能通过呢？他们会仁慈的放过吗？
３．有其他的方法可以绕过这件事吗？
