- a valid visa with work rights, or
- a valid overseas student visa, or
- a valid visa allowing you to stay in Australia indefinitely.
这最后一项"a valid visa allowing you to stay in Australia indefinitely"是什莫意思呢？
我是non-business 419类Visiting Academic签证，而且在澳洲没有工作收入（生活费由国内单位支付），签证上写得很清楚：8103 - no paid work 8107 - work limitation。这种情况是不是不能在线申请TFN？
