Position: Administrative Accountant

Application closing date:29/02/16

A highly-regarded and growing property services organisation is now looking for an experienced Administration Assistant with an Accounting background for animmediate start, based in Adelaide.

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will play a significant role as the right hand man whilst supporting the wider team to ensure the success of the business.

This will be a 3 to 4 days part-time position,graduate only.

Other valuable skills and attributes include:

Strong organisation and time management skills
Experience in accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooksetc.)
Professional communication skills
Problem solving and independent working
Marketing and Sales experience are highly regarded

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Routine accounting procedures and administrative work
Fortnightly Payroll preparation
Weekly and monthly reporting and reconciliations
Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures,plans and operations
