在此呼吁新来的同学，这个安排是不靠谱的。入股餐馆和移民是两回事，除非你根据移民条例188投资500万，及符合其它条件，包括资金的来源，才可以拿取临居的资格。
在此呼吁所有新来的同学，拿身份是没有捷径的，你们必需完成学位课程，考出雅思，才可以有足够的条件拿取身份的。只入股餐馆10万元不可以拿取身份的，如果你的课程还没读完，根本上是不可以办理雇主担保的。再者移民局现在对雇主担保非常严谨，每一个个案都特别处理的。如果你们是学生，每周工作时间不可以超过20小时，根本上是不符合雇主担保的条件的。
课程还未读完，是不会符合雇主担保的资格的。
请各位新来的同学留意，千万不要受骗。
