俩个single room和一个大房间出租，房子在Vale Park,俩分钟步行去车站281,10分钟步行到klemzig interchange.(有很多公车)，到市中心city只需15分钟.
房子离公园近，环境优美，安静，适合学生学习，安全。 每隔14天，有专业清洁人员打扫公共场所
