super cheap price $75 include all bill because this was a living room, but nice and big and got your own door to entry, others housemates use back door, room has a queen bed, bedside table, dressing table, desk + chair, ikea white clothset
the house is resonably clean~got one bathroom and separate toilet, everyone wakes up at different time so using toilet is still convenient~~~~~~ mostly girls~~got lemon and orange and peach tree at backyard(nice free fruit)~~~~
a bit far from bus stop..6-7 mins walk
price included all bills~~
