我不知道你租用了这房子多久。一般來说，伱只须负责租用期內的电费，其它的，你该与业主联系。如果你们是刚來的，请多点留意，这里水电煤费用是比中国贵十二倍的。费用只可以商讨分期还，是没有减免的！
