唐人街香港超市有上海小笼包，我觉得不错，马拉糕，金丝卷，我孩子都爱吃，coles那种超市买些熟肉，切薄片 ...

呵呵,是的,我基本不买生肉,买了冻着,一年老人来一次清理冰箱. 小孩基本每天在学校定午餐.得亏学校有午餐提供.
