想請問一下


是在台 申請 未婚妻簽證  等結婚登記後 再轉配偶簽 比較省事 省錢 呢 這樣是不是多兩道手續 多兩筆簽證費?
還是  我先拿旅遊簽入境 (已有2014年有效的多次入境旅簽) .  結婚註冊 後  .. 回台 再申請 配偶簽 比較直接呢?
我聽說拿旅遊簽 依法是不能申請配偶移民  還是有例外呢

台湾申请旅游签证--->澳洲入境，注册结婚----->Onshore配偶签证820---->2年以后转PR；也可以是
台湾申请300--->澳洲入境，注册结婚-->Onshore 配偶签证820--->2年以后转PR801；也可以是
台湾登记---->申请309---->不能入境澳洲，在台湾等待309批准---->309批准之后再入境澳洲

你好，300签证是让你过来熟悉澳洲环境的未婚夫妻签证，如果你要再在这边直接递交820，那么费用是补820的差价不是要再付820的签证费。

旅游签证可以直接在境内申请830配偶移民，没有任何问题的。只要您已经注册结婚，或同居满一年，且材料齐全，没有犯罪记录，满足体检要求，不会拒签的。当然，既然你倾向旅遊 -->澳洲註冊 --> 回台  境外送 309 在台灣等待 批准 --> 309 批准再入境，可以直接在台湾注册，没必要再飞回来注册的，递完309在台湾等待可以的。
