I have a new single room available immediately in Parkside.
The house has bath room (with two showers and two toilets), a kitchen and family room.
Air-cons are in all bedrooms.
Parkside is at the south-eastern edge of the city. It is a neat,
safe and quiet suburb and close to city(Bus Stop 5 for 170, 171, 172 and Bus Stop 3 for 861, 863 etc. you may walk to city, Unisa and Ade. Uni.).
Not smokers and Pets please.
