房间结构

整套 Unit 由三房两厅组成，独立浴室与厕所，早上无须担心会有使用上冲突。

楼下带有车位，所以有车的朋友也可以不用担心。

整套 Unit 宽敞明亮，房间均有大窗户，收光非常好，爱学习的童鞋们一定喜欢。


交通状况
2mins 步行至 Tram stop 或 bus stop

  - Tram 10-15mins 到 city
  - Bus 15-20mins 到 city
  
  考试便利 15分钟徒步至考场 show ground

对于南澳和阿大的童鞋来说，tram 的等待时间短，基本10-15钟一班，city west campus 的童鞋可以直接坐到学校。另外平时坐去 China town 或 city 购物也非常的便利。


家里状况

樓主因為工作原因即将搬出，而Contract到明年1月到期，現在家裡其他 housemates 已經盡數搬出，只有樓主一人在住，所以歡迎直接來看房和諮詢房子轉讓。

                $1200 四周 （整套房）
