因为室友要结婚了，我被抛弃了{:8_362:}，所以现在招募室友两位（PS：最好是学生，本人Flinders的）。

简单介绍一下我家，我家三室一厅的Apartment，浴室和卫生间都是分开的。距离FMC和Flinders main campus只要步行三分钟，距bus stop不到一分钟。多辆bus直通city所以交通比较便利。厨房的灶炉是gas的，所以对于喜欢做饭的亲们是个不错的选择。家具、电器一应俱全，拎包入住也是可以的。家里有空调，所以冷暖问题是不用担心的，而且水电全包（只要不浪费就行），价钱只要115-125刀绝对物超所值{:11_540:}（这是我不想搬家的重要原因之一）。衣橱是嵌入式的，只要衣服不是多到可以开服装秀的都没问题。家里对公共区域的环境整洁度要求较高,所以…….。因为规定，如果有喜欢养宠物的亲们可以绕道了，本人还是学生所以喜欢热闹和经常在家开Party的亲们也可以绕道了。

因为距离FMC比较近，所以安全问题还是很有保障的（特别是对那些经常在图书馆写Assignment的亲们）。

因为室友要结婚，家里6月12号才可以看房。
