三室一厅，开放式厨房和客厅，适合学习和娱乐。前厅有一小会客厅。单独的停车房。

交通状况：
4分钟步行到车站，高峰期7分钟一趟公车，平常15分钟一趟公车；
一般15分钟到达市中心

公交车21站。直达adelaide 大学和unisa大学

4分钟步行到shopping center，里面有coles， 药店，亚洲超市，银行；

这个区的安全系数是相当的好， 所以大家不用太担心。家里的窗户都是有security screen，很安全。


休息：
master room有单独的卫生间和浴室，另外两个单间share另外一个卫生间和洗手间---- 如图；

房间是嵌入是壁式衣柜，所以放衣服没有一点问题，有大量衣服可以不用担心了。
窗户是双层窗帘，开式大窗户，采光好。

安全问题：

区大家都自己知道了，
全房子安装了防盗窗帘。

娱乐：
开放式厨房+ 客厅，42寸液晶电视 + HDMI线，看碟，连续剧超级爽。

中央空调，冬天了，不建议用heater。冷了就开中央空调。省电又舒服。

全新烧烤一体机。偶尔大家一起happy。
