宝宝何时能立脖子？

第29天的时候，喂完奶然后竖着抱，结果脖子自己立在那里了，大概足足立了有3,4分钟。
平时洗澡完了后每次都会把他翻过来趴个2，3分钟，每次趴着的时候都使劲的在那瞪啊爬的，第5天的时候就乱蹬蹬的，把自己给蹬翻身了，虽然可能是巧合。。。
担心会不会立太早了，怕自己补钙补过头了，平时一直有吃钙片和维生素D还有铁（产前缺铁晕倒过一次所以一直补铁）。
还要不要继续补钙呢？

乳母补一些微量元素是可以的，我之前哺乳期也一直在吃elevant,但药剂师说只要吃的食物多样化，营养是足够的，不用特意吃补的药。而且你产前缺的微量元素，产后还会让你抽血再查，正常的话就不用再补了。

孩子的脖子能完全直立要到三个月以后了，这也看个体差异，不过你月子里娃竟然让他立了好几分钟，真的是很危 ...

恩他每次立着的时候我都拿放在脖子那里防着的，然后胳膊肘给他身子也护着点的，但是我没有给他力，他就靠自己立在那半天
看来回头要去再查个血，正常的话就不补了算了，又怕他缺又怕过量，，好纠结啊，
