帮一位local老奶奶出租（Margaret)，她已精心经营此房子多年，家里很整洁，一进屋就会有很浓的“家”的气息。如果想练口语的，可以与她长谈，她很会耐心，而且很愿意去了解国际学生的生活！

家里其实有5间房，现出租其中三间，另外两间，一间她住，一间自己留着放些闲置的个人用品，出租三间为：
一间single room，配备：嵌入式衣柜，单人床，床头柜，床头灯，书桌椅子
一间master room，配备：双人床，大衣柜，镜子，储物柜，书桌椅子
一间double room，配备：豪华衣柜，床头柜兼梳妆柜，双人床，书桌椅子
家里家俱厨具齐全，装修风格精致典雅，冰箱巨大，水有过滤系统，可直接健康饮用！中央空调，还有中央heater，网络流量可应要求重新签新plan。
后院有柠檬树和橘子树，新鲜水果等着你！
