另外一个地方又说If you are an overseas student, you must lodge an application for this visa within six months of the date of completion of your course.

你有澳洲2年或以上的学历毕业，在拿到completion letter后的6个月内onshore递交移民申请，可以豁免工作经验的要求。
你递交签证的时候，onshore的573签证还不能过期才可以的。
