在居住期间，要求维修业内设施，习惯性滞后2到3个月，更有甚时，不接电话，不回邮件，直至退租也未曾修理。大家都说这是业主的通病，暂且不谈。

退租时，百般刁难，竟然连橱柜的上面都要用手摸一下，检查是否有灰尘，就连中央空调的出风口也要清理干净。就别提炉灶，烤箱，要把他们都变成新的，她才跟罢休。由于她不满意打扫，叫清洁公司，$350就仅打扫一间厨房，一个卫生间，3个空空如也的卧室（房东无家具）。这些也都是在我们打扫了两天后，她仍然要继续找人打扫的结果。地毯我们洗过了（有收据），结果她还要请人继续打扫，说是某处corner不干净。更莫名的是，卫生间的淋浴器，她说是黑的。试问仅用一年的淋浴器，出的都是干净的自来水，哪来的黑的？？都怪我们进来之前，根本没有仔细看过。

5个人打扫至少2整天的房子，幸好她说其中一个Section的基本卫生合格。另再加$350清洁费+$500游泳池清洁费+$200院落清洁+$200 Spa清洁费+洗地毯费+若干打扫工具，清洁药水费用。刚与另外室友通过电话，似乎房东对游泳池仍不满意。spa在我们来的时候，上面还有只偌大的小强漂在上面，一年没人用过，最后都要我们把它变成新的还回去。因为她说我们搬进去的时候，她的房子是perfect的.谈话过程中，我没机会插嘴，我满耳朵听到的是到处都是dirty!! 除此之外，听得最多的就是我们搬进来之前，她有拍过照片，所有东西都是perfect!

今天说这么多，没什么抱怨，就只是想提醒各位同仁，如果此次房源再次问世，请多加留意，由于房子在山脚下，距离city很远，交通及其不方便。请慎重考虑此盘。如果想租，特别提醒各位，一定要在进去的时候检查仔细（不过现在，这个不重要了，因为真的全部被她拿着我们的钱打扫干净了），必要时拍照为证。由于我们是这个房子的第一个租客，由于我们进入之前没有仔细检查干净程度，造成了重大损失。借此，也提醒各位租客，在与房东或中介签合同的时候，一定一定要小心这些细节方面。退租时，尽量自己寻找清洁公司，如果让他们来找，他们认为，你的bond金全都是为了最后的清洁用的。This is the rule of Australia. 这是她最后的临别遗言。

這份form對你們move out的時候agent / owner會拿出來對照~他們要求你們move out後和move in前的condition 是一樣的~
如不一樣就會扣你們的bond金~!!

就是这么做的，是有个inspection form，可问题是我们刚搬进去的时候没有人去检查那么细的东西。搬出去的时候她倒是检查的相当的仔细的。就好比窗上的蜘蛛网，搬进去的时候就有，可我们也不会因为这点东西就找她重新打扫，游泳池更别提了，都住了半年了，她才叫人把它打扫干净。结果入了冬了，谁去游泳啊~~现在脏了也要我们弄，下次一定不要租带有泳池的，好看没用。Spa间也是，开了门都是一股味道，明显没打扫过。里面出水不好使，让她修她也不修，我们也没办法用，结果走的时候，还要我们打扫干净。太欺负人了！！！！你修好了我们能用也说得过去阿，一年了，我们催得都懒得再催了！
