大家好,现有一小房招租,描述如下:

1. 治安/环境良好,交通(去city)极其便利,出门30秒到Oaklands Park Railway station (超级快到达city , 跑步1分钟/走路3分钟到bus stop # 600 to Flinders Uni

2. 购物非常方便,附近是Marion Shopping Center (走路10 分钟),里面有Woolworths, Coles 水果店,面包店,肉店,邮局,咖啡店等等等等~,还有一个Coles (走路3-4分钟)  L) (
