想短租一个小房间, 房子希望能干净点的,如果能房子是在东北区就更为理想了,因为我现在也在这附近住着,所以对附近环境比较熟悉. 主要还是希望室友们和善,友好,易相处, 最重要的是室友们都是比较安静的人. 房子稍远点也行,毕竟我有台破车可以代步一下. 另外房间必须有家具,像床,衣柜,写字台之类的.
另外本人没有什么不良嗜好, 我自己不抽烟,不怎么喝酒.

你可以看看这个，如果一个人住的话是120/周，房子离city不远，坐公交15分钟内到。房子在城市的东边，有点儿偏西，家里有一个车位，如果你住进来的话，是唯一的车。
