大家好，我是女生，北京人，性格开朗，易相处。一个人12月初到阿德。475签证。想求租离市区较近的，交通方便，最好是东区或南区比较好的位置的一间房。

长租短租可以商量，希望能一步到位。
因为比较怕冷，希望最好有空调或电暖气~

初次到阿德，take一套房子肯定不实际了。在这儿发贴找合租，较偏好与家庭合住，因为感觉可能会比较好。

如果条件合适的话，homestay也可以考虑，价格再议。

在论坛逛了一周左右时间，总体看来由于目前找12月的房子可能比较早，放假短期转租的比较多。但我还是希望能遇到有缘的朋友！
