我是阿大的master 新生，男生，将于7月10号从广州飞往阿德莱德。找房子是一大难题。参考了很多帖子和招租信息，大概有一定的了解。但毕竟人还是在中国，对阿德的地理位置还没什么具体的概念，所以对很多招租帖子的地名和公车站数都不是很了解。
    以下是我对房子的一些大概要求：
    1. 去阿大的North Terrance 校区有方便公车到达，半个小时以内。
    2. 最好是东区或者北区，只是最好。
    3. 价钱最好在120/W全包以内。
    4. 最好附近有篮球场（本人喜欢打球）
    5. 小点也没关系，只是睡觉和看书的地方。
    我不烟不酒，无不良嗜好，属于适当安静型的人，就是该安静的时候就安静，该活跃的时候就活跃。我对室友也不会有什么过多要求，对自己严格对别人宽松。四年的大学生活让我适应了很多之前不适应的生活习惯，何况是单独一个房间。希望联系我的人能够耐心的解答我的一些问题，我十分希望了解情况，就算最后谈不成也当交个朋友。十分感谢！
