i did invert more than usual this time around and shortened the development time. probably a mix of high dilution of rodinal (developer)(1+100=3mL/roll of film), underdevelopment and iso400 film.
the high dilution+rodinal gives increased edge sharpness as particularly evident in the last photo in the first post. rodinal is not a fine grain developer, it is an acutance developer, it does not increase nor decrease the graininess of the film, but leaves it intact.
in regards to the agitation, if i was to agitate every minute, the grain would be even bigger. |
