HRT GardenCity Herbal Centre offer an assortment of alternative Healthtreatments, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside several of ouroutstanding acupuncturist and massage therapists. We also provide a friendlyworking environment, and are conveniently located in Garden City WestfieldShopping Centre with on-site parking.

What this rolerequires:

HRT Garden CityHerbal Centre is currently looking for an enthusiastic female receptionist whohas (preferably)had prior experience in admin or customer service. Thesuccessful applicant will need to be:

·       Fluent in English, Mandarin (Reading and Speaking)

·       Proficient in typing English and Chinese (Ping Yin system /熟練運用拼音)

·        Aproactive and supportive team player

·       Possess strong communication, and customer service skills

·       Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task

·       Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing businessneeds

·        有一定中醫基礎知識 或者相關工作經驗 或者 喜歡中醫 喜歡中國傳統文化   

Key duties include:

·       Meeting and greeting patients in a kind and caring manner

·       Appointment bookings which includes cancelling andrescheduling appointments

·       Managing all incoming calls and voicemail

·       Invoicing and billing patients and processing payments

·       Database management and manual filing

·        Salesand Promotion
