We are currently looking for a passionatejunior finance officer to join our friendly team in Brisbane, with immediatestart working 40 hours Monday to Friday. As part of our business objective tocontinuously improve, time will be provided to work on improving theproductivity and performance of all key responsibilities listed below.
The main responsibilities of the role willinclude:
Responsible forfiling and archiving. Processing generalledger journal entries. Accounts Payable& Receivable Reconciliation ofsupplier statements Generaladministration, filing, documentation utilizing MS word and excel Required Skills, Qualifications andExperience:
Degree in Accounting or similar desirable 1-2 years of Accounting experience preferred but not amust High level of attention to details Quick and accurate data entry skills Experience in MS Office and accounting s/w (ERP - Prontoexperience preferred) Ability to liaise at all levels within the organization Sound communication skills
