你好，警察不会开罚单，因为警察是管交通违章的。目前的争议是跟Taxi Commission出租车协会之间的，是出租车协会开的罚单。但他们无权扣驾照的分数。另外，所有的罚单都是由Uber付的，不可能要司机付。

这就是为何现在Uberu要求司机申请Driver Authorization了，因为申请了这个DA那么就完全合法，不会给你罚单。
