看来我说了半天解释了半天你还是没有明白，product knowledge，不是适不适合谁，而是sales自己对产品的认识，
自己都不了解自己在卖什么，怎么帮助客人？对吧？我之前指出的你回答很多有错误，就是这个意思。。
我没想和你较真儿，其实我知道你是谁了，如果早知道我也不会跟你说那么多了，因为我非常了解你们
dealer和我们retail的运营方式和管理以及training方式的区别，可能跟你说这么多有些过分了，不好意思，
但大多数dealer给很多customer误导性的服务，等到他们再来店里找我们的时候，真的很无奈。


大家愿意找你问问题当然可以啊，不过有了问题希望不要责怪我们retail就是了~~
