除了住的舒服以外
我更看重的是

从投资角度来看确实不是好选择.  漂亮房子哪里都能盖是没错，但也要看周围的环境， 那边是在半山腰，周边基本都是豪宅，很安静，邻居也肯定都以自住为住, 周围就是一片小树林，有种世外桃源的感觉,离华人区又不远, 所以自住我认为是不错的. 唯一的缺点就是门口没有bus
