请问LZ， 495转PR时，除了工作满一年，每周工作时间35小时以上，对每小时的税后工资有要求吗？

对于工资收入情况，我个人认为以你的工资单和每年的保税退税记录，以及雇主的证明信为主，移民局网站上没有规定一定要拿多少工资才可以申请签证，只有工作时间的限制。

我们一家到阿德刚刚1个月,老公刚找到工厂的工作.是casual的。希望能象楼主说的那样，经过努力得到更多的加班机会，来满足35一周的条件。

我自己现在也是TEMPING ONGOING在银行上班都快9个月了，只要你努力认真，企业运作正常，一般合同都会一直延期的，我有的同事都转正了，因此要充满希望。

我因为有了绿卡就无所谓转不转正，现在买了地忙着准备申请贷款建房。因此，以后会继续和大家再分享如何在澳洲买地建房，节省几万元。
