您提到的问题 其实是这一些列现象当中最重要的一环。像我这样发发感慨在网站上搞搞呼吁的人时而常有，而对这种现象的感慨能解决怎样的实际问题那？ 我想请所有深有同感的同胞们大家互相转告我们可以自行组织华人工会 集体上表一定可以得到政府的支持 只有工会成立 我相信才可以做到实事。

在这里我呼吁大家可以把自己的一些实际的想法都发表出来在我们归纳总结下采取一个最可行的方法。大家切记这件事关系到我们每一个华人的切身利益，我们尽快着手才会最快见成效，如若放之不管，那么十年百年后仍然是此等现象

您谈到的此类工种，如果雇主的协定是按照采购的重量给薪水那么我认为是提成的形式，他是应该以基本工资加上提成才可以。

这里你的理解不对哦，早在２００６年，以AM为代表的蘑菇种植者就和Australian Fair Pay Commission(现在叫Fair work Australia)有过对抗，后者想在该行业设置最低工资，前者反对。

如果我没有记错，最后的解决方案是前者每年对公斤报酬做向上调整。这个方法至少在南澳的该行业都在使用。也就是目前而言，最低工资在该行业不适用。

楼主你的意向很好，以后可以多多讨论。

补充下，如果是培训的话，最低工资同样适用。培训周期一般是２－４周不等
