我7月份的時候也是跟你一樣,我酒測還0.96呢而且我又是Learner
後來上庭總共就罰了我800元然後吊銷4個月

什么世道。。不拿自己和他人的生命当回事儿，留学生越来越多，但亲切感却越来越少了，原因是把中国那些腐败和坏习气带到澳洲。我可是亲身体验过。。
LZ就认错受罚吧，这种明知故犯的错误，能只是吊销驾照半年和罚点钱就了事的，已经很轻了，如果你还寻求什么更轻的处罚甚至免受惩罚，那天理何在？
