晕倒，貌似我和这个事务所的斯考特认识六七年了，从在学校念master的时候就认识，但不太近。不过咱就事论事吧，如果真的有这么个协议，那是绝对无良的。另外，我觉得哪个雇主想这招，也是会引火上身的，你拿着那协议去告雇主，无论你能否得到补偿（毕竟协议签了，一个愿打一个愿挨的事情，也没什么好埋怨的。不愿意就不要签，签了基本就不要抱怨），但雇主肯定是有很大风险被严厉惩罚的。

我能不能给点实际的价格呢？大家能不能理智的对待各种数字呢？说实在的，会计事务所里的会计的薪水很低，半年或者一年就想在普通会计事务所拿到45K，那个告诉你这事的孩纸数据怎么和我这个实际生活里拿到的数据不一样呢？
我的前雇主，一家六个合伙人的chartered firm，正规广告招聘的entry level accountant薪水$36,000，应聘人选里不乏在小型事务所实习过半年或者工作过至一年的申请人。

现雇主，一家全球排前十名以内的事务所，统一的 entry level accountant（毕业1.5年内的都算，很多申请人在小规模事务所工作1年左右）薪水$40,366，而且天天“非强制性但压力型自觉”加班。因为竞争激烈，没什么经验的会计们们在各大名牌事务所呼呼的裁人之时，都很担心自己被裁了。你不加班别人家，那你的考核就不行，能不能通过三个月的Probation都是问号！



当然，四大的entry level accountant薪水据说比较高，最近一个小孩子在和我组里的小graduate炫耀的时候说了，薪水$49,500,但是能不能进去看自己了,能不能撑下来也看自己了。

还好有HR的专业建议，要不然光觉着肯定这种协议不靠谱，但就是不知道不靠谱在哪儿。

但我知道一点，我的公司，朋友求我去跟HR的人说，免费做work experience几个月，公司都不敢要，因为不能。。。。

正规公司绝对不会接受让员工免费工作换取work experience和reference之类的事情的，因为他们也怕你到时候去告他们，这种投诉一般90%可能性都是雇员胜诉，然后雇主要补齐欠的工资，然后还要交罚款。所以对于公司来说绝对不划算。而且万一工作时间内出现工伤，你不是正式员工，保险公司不赔偿，公司会被罚死的。
