房子位于city南面15站  房子是新房  房子有3个房间  1个master room  2个双人间    2个卫生间 2个浴室    房子只住4个人  2个双人间共用1个独立卫生间和浴室  房子全家具  厨房用具都全  客厅有液晶电视  整个房子是中央空调
周围设施：有一个plaza 里面有coles foodland 邮局  银行  麦当劳 hungry jacks   
交通设施：去city阿大（ 火车11分钟到16分钟到）高峰期5分钟一班  低峰期20分钟一班        公车有 719   720 721 241  20分钟之内到city
以上  从家走到周围设施和交通设施 不超过3分钟  
价格： 2个房间都是一样大的   120一周share bill    全包145一周
