房子位于304 WAYMOUTH ST，5楼，阳台面向东面，可以看到CITY大部分景色，夜景尤其不错。
步行至ADELAIDE UNI 10-15分钟，99C车站3分钟以内，步行至 CHINA TOWN 10分钟。
酒店式公寓，独门独户带厨房卫生间，不受干扰，免去合租SHARE的麻烦，非常适合COUPLE居住。
拥有全套家具，包括QUEEN SIZE 的大床， 空调，微波炉，书桌书架，衣柜，LCD液晶有线电视，支持高清频道，看欧冠转播非常棒。电话，宽带应有尽有。
一楼有公用健身房，自习教室，图书馆，一个拥有43寸大液晶电视的活动房间以及 一个大大的厨房。（楼上自己的厨房空间有限，不适合做大餐）
进门处周一到周5有人员值班，安全问题绝对放心。

楼下附近有 SUBWAY， BP（24小时)便利店， 寿司店， PIZZA HOUSE ，麦当劳 ，HUNGRY JACK 非常方便。

小弟与中介合同签到了2月底，但决定1月9日提前回国，所以亏本转让合同。 合同到期后，可与中介自己谈合同。
