但是像springwood/underwood/kurby 應該是有機會的

SPRINGWOOD,DAISYHILL，SHAILER PARK，房子涨的很慢很慢，但自住还是比较 舒服的，特别山顶上最后几道路，SHAILER PARK的BOXER ST，真的很好，我是最后决定买投资性质的房子，买了RUNCORN 的VISTA CCT，那涨的比较快最后到手43.9W基本砍不到什么价，不过和10年比大概就贵了个3万不到，其实也还好啦，看了EIGHT MILE PLAIN放出来的两层砖房房龄15年以上，都50W以上，但多少都有点问题，不过EIGHT MILE PLAIN如果有好的两层砖房还是首选，真的比较安静，而且自住的比较多，RUNCOURN过了火车道以后的部分我都是放弃不看的~太远治安也很一般~新开的GUMTREE ST的几栋大房，刚住进去，就都被偷过了~太恐怖~

underwood的新房子  4室三卫两车库的  55-65万我看都算正常   underwood比较有潜力  主要是交通方便

UNDERWOOD山顶上的两年前新房问的40W我都觉的贵~现在卖50W都算便宜的
