你的签证现在已经下签，是withdraw不了的，你如果和雇主解除合同了，通知移民局，然后跟着你的女朋友申请189即可。

孙律师，我还有一个问题想咨询您，上次说的我的那个雇主，不肯让我离职。。。后来我想了一下，187签证有两年的雇佣合同，但是身份下来之后，我的收入还是最低工资根本没有按照雇主说的合同走，那岂不是这个合同就已经作废了吗？。。。那么要是报告给移民局是不是可以合法离职呢。。？

如果你如实汇报移民局，说明你和雇主都没有履行完合同，都违背了签证的要求，你还是会被取消签证，雇主也可能会被移民局处罚。
