1，定点督促妈妈给宝宝喂奶，如果是母乳的话
2，定点给宝宝喂水
3，给宝宝洗澡
4，给宝宝做抚触
5，给产妇料理饮食
6，给宝宝产妇洗衣服
7，给产妇揉奶（关系特别特别好的情况，一般揉奶要另外付钱）
基本就这样，看起来并不复杂，但是由于新生儿3小时左右就要吃一次奶，所以会很忙。
在国外都不容易，尤其要生小宝宝了，如果有能帮到你的就尽管开口吧，现在都讲究科学喂养，所以自己要多学习喂养知识，上一代已经过时了，还是老套呢。
