准妈们有谁在吃DHA吗？什么牌子好？

鱼油还是算了。我今天特地去药房看了。E和BM的维他命和矿物质含量虽然不一样，可是单位也是不一样的，不知道能不能直接比较。我问了工作人员，她说两种都很好。而且我看BM的每天吃两片，如果两粒，这样的话应该不会比Ele差很多吧。而且DHA含量也比较高。吃些DHA说是宝宝以后会聪明。我打算改吃BM了。ELEVIT我相信不会引起便秘的，孕妇本来就容易产生便秘。你几个月啦！要不头几个月吃E后几个月宝宝长脑的时候再吃B。
