对于觉得不满的人，大部分是把精力集中在年龄上了，年龄只是各大概的规章，问问自己有多少经验，很熟练还拿低工资，那就和老板谈，谈不拢就走人，相信有经验在哪都能找到工作，不熟练那就只能慢慢磨，在哪都一样，国内刚毕业没经验的大学生不也几百一千来块。如果你是老板，既然都要花同样的价钱，那你肯定也不会请那些没经验的人。
